How do I rent out your vacation rental?
First you will need to pick your time frame for your vacation. *A 150-dollar deposit will be
needed to reserve your spot. Thirty days before your vacation, you will need to pay in full your
total amount including a $80.00 cleaning fee and the $500 refundable security deposit.
How many people can stay at the Vacation rental?
The cottage is a 1000 square foot home in Beulah, Michigan. The house sleeps up to 5 people comfortably. It has an open floor plan with an open kitchen space, a living room and a dining room. The house has 2 bedroom. One has a queen side bed and the other is a kids room with a full size bed and a loft above it with a twin size bed.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, due to the leather furniture, we do not allow dogs in this house.
When can we check in?
Your check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is at 10:00 am.
Do you have Wifi or Cable TV?
We want to provide a place for families to unplug from normal life and spend time together. Plus,
we are in a valley and service is not that good. Most Cell phones do work though. Also, if you are
bored and want to connect to the Roku with your cell phone, you are more then welcome to. It is
not recommended though if you do not have unlimited data.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, you will need a current DNR fishing license. You can either buy a day license or a year
license. You can either stop at a sporting goods store or buy one online here:

What happens if we need to cancel our vacation?Termination of the lease by TENANT 90 days, or
more, prior to the date of arrival shall allow the TENANT a full refund of
any/all monies paid towards renting said property. Any cancellation 30-90
days prior to arrival will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund; in addition,
cancellations within 30 days
How many people can stay at the house?
The house has spots for 5 people to sleep if people share beds. One room has a queen and the
second room has full size bed with a twin loft above it. There is a camper on the property for $75
a night. Please check with us about availability.
Can we smoke in the house?
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the cottage, no exceptions. If there is any smell of smoke
you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
