There is a $500 security deposit to be mailed 30 days before your vacation. Your full payment must be sent within 1 month of your vacation. If booked within a month before check in, the deposit and full payment are due at time of booking. Please mark on your security deposit date one week before your check in time so we do not have to deposit the security deposit.
If cottage is left as how it was found and nothing was broken, we will send your deposit back to you within 2 weeks from when you checked out.

November 2016- Vicki WosikThe description and amentities were just as described. It was very peaceful and we loved waking up to the beautiful lake every morning. We went after Labor Day so there weren't many people around which made it feel like our own little oasis. The cottage fit our needs and It was very clean. The kitchen is beautiful and it was stocked with all our cooking needs. The boat was nice and we enjoyed cruising out on the water. We had a 16 month with us who naps, so it was really nice that the fire pit and water were close to the house. I recommend this cottage for small families and couples. We had a great stay!
